Sweetwater Community has four luxury multi-family housing buildings in the town
of Apex, NC. The entire project was handled turnkey for the developer in two
separate phases, namely Design and Execution
In the “Design” phase, the developer benefited from the use of our sophisticated software platform called SignAgent. This tool enabled the developer to receive designs aligned with the property brand, take-offs from the blueprints, sign types and sign counts, detailed quotes for the entire sign package and frictionless approval of each sign before fabrication
